We are a newly established family business located within Cheltenham with over seven years of experience in the window blind industry.  Our company supplies and fits customised made to measure luxury window blinds to homes and commercial premises within Cheltenham, Gloucester and the surrounding areas.

Our company is based on the belief that the needs of our customers are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. That is why we believe in offering a free ‘choose in the comfort of your home at a time that suits you’ service. Elegant Blinds not only focus on supplying and fitting luxury window blinds, we go beyond that! Our company believes in placing an emphasis on an after sales service. Should your window blind breakdown within the first two years of installation then please contact us.

Our Team:

Elegant Blinds Sales Consultants can provide you with the following services:

• A free home consultation arranged at a time to suit you during the evenings and weekends.Our Consultants include a ‘choose in the comfort of your own home’ service where they will guide you through the steps to choosing the right style, colour and fabric/finish you are looking for. 

•  You will be left to browse our sample books whilst our consultant surveys your windows and obtains the necessary measurements. 

• Together with your choice of blind, fabric/finish and colour way our consultant should be in a position to provide you with a free no obligation quote which would be honoured for three months from the date of your quote. 

• Should you wish to proceed with the order our Consultant will require a 50% deposit of the order total.You will be given a copy of your order and receipt of deposit paid showing final balance upon delivery and installation.
• Should you decide to proceed with your order at a later stage then please remember your quote is valid for three months from the date of your quote. To proceed with your order a payment of deposit can be received via the telephone. 

• Once delivery of your blinds has been confirmed our Elegant Blinds sales consultant or elegant blinds fitter will contact you to arrange a time convenient to you to fit your blinds.

Elegant Blinds Fitter:

Our blinds fitters are able to provide the following facilities:

• Appointments to fit your window blinds are to be arranged at your convenience during the week days, evenings or weekends. 

• Our fitter will attend your property and expertly fit your blinds.

• As part of our service our fitters will always ensure they leave the work area clean.

• Upon completion, our fitter will present you with a final balance of payment to be paid.  He will then take payment and provide you with a receipt before leaving your property.

Hours of Business:

Elegant Blinds is open Mon to Fri 9am to 9pm and Sat 9am to 7pm. 

We are normally closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays, but should you require an urgent fitting service on either of these days then please highlight this to our sales consultant when arranging the appointment. Our hours of business would be 9am to 12noon should you require us. Please note that an additional fee of 5% may be applied to your order invoice.

Payments Accepted:

Payments of Cash, Cheque, Credit Card and Debit Card are accepted as forms of payment. 

Please note that there is a 2% additional charge if using a Credit Card as payment.
